Activating your account is quick and simple, and this guide will walk you through the step-by-step. Follow along and start securing your digital workspace in minutes.
Step 1. Find your invitation email from Uniqkey
- Click on "Activate Account"
Step 2. Have you installed the extension?
- We will automatically check if you have the Uniqkey extension installed in your browser. If you have it installed, you'll be redirected to step 4
- If you have not installed Uniqkey, you will be redirected to the respective page where you can add Uniqkey to your browser. For example, in Chrome it will look like this:
Step 3. Pin the Uniqkey extension
- Click on the small puzzle piece in the top right corner and pin the extension:
Step 4. Create your master password
- It is important that you create a password that you can remember! Once you have entered the password, click "Get started".
Trin 5. Download Uniqkey apps
- You can either scan the QR code with your phone camera, or search for Uniqkey 2.0 in the App Store/Play Store.
- Once you have downloaded the Uniqkey app, click "I have installed the app"
Step 6. Open the Uniqkey app and "Connect browser"
