Based on your feedback, release 2.8.0 adds the ability you to create, save and store your payment cards in Uniqkey, and access them like you would any other login. Like any other date stored in Uniqkey, your payment card details are safely encrypted on each user's own device.

In addition, we're also upgrading the mobile app to now allow you to manage and edit all your secure data. Before this was only possible through the extension.

What's New In 2.8.0

Payment Cards

  • Add Payment Cards to Uniqkey: You can now create and store your payment cards within Uniqkey. This allows you to easily access and use them for online transactions, just like logging in to websites.

  • Multiple Ways to Add Payment Cards: You can add payment cards through the administration portal, browser extension, or mobile app. This ensures that you have convenient access regardless of the device you are using.

  • Visibility in Administration Portal: All organisation payment cards are now accessible through the administration portal. By grouping logins, notes, and payment cards together, we've centralised their management, providing you the ability to easily perform actions like adding or sharing with groups or employees.

Mobile Vault Management

  • Expanded Mobile App Functionality: With this update, you can now directly manage all types of secure data (logins/payment cards/notes) from the mobile app. This includes adding, deleting, editing, and sharing these items, turning the mobile app into a powerful tool for managing your secure data on-the-go.

We've also introduced an 'Unsaved changes' popup in both the mobile app and extension to prevent accidental data loss during creation or editing. In the mobile app, we've added 'Next/Done' methods on keyboards, ensuring users can tap buttons even when the keyboard overlaps.

  • Sharing Center: We've introduced the sharing center, a familiar feature from our extension, to the mobile app. Now, you can effortlessly manage who has access to your passwords on the go, allowing seamless sharing with colleagues.

Mobile Feature Update

  • New Feature Guide: a new feature notification on your "Home" screen. Titled "New Feature," this notification brings you the latest mobile capabilities. Explore the exciting possibilities, such as adding new logins, secure notes, and payment cards directly from the Uniqkey mobile app. Tap "View" to discover the enhancements, and simply swipe left to dismiss when you're ready.

Extension

  • Navigation: We've overhauled our extension design to elevate user experience, putting the spotlight on the most frequently used features for seamless navigation. Additionally, we've enhanced the design for adding and filtering data, making these processes more intuitive and user-friendly.

  • Bulk Delete: With the introduction of the 'Management Mode,' you can now efficiently delete multiple logins, payment cards, or notes simultaneously. Simply choose the items you wish to delete across tabs and press the delete button for a streamlined experience.

  • Move from Private Keychain to Organisation: Now, you have the capability to transfer a login, payment card, or note from your private keychain to your organization, offering increased flexibility and control over your data management

  • Firefox: Our extension is now available for Firefox users.

  • Supporting Languages: We support the following languages for our mobile app, browser extension and administration portal: Danish, English, French, Dutch, Finnish.

    • This release addresses a critical issue where users were getting stuck in our onboarding flow. We've resolved this by adjusting the process to generate the user's private keychain after their initial creation. Now, if a user encounters onboarding issues, administrators have the option to delete and re-invite the user. This change ensures that the user won't be trapped in the "Processing" status but will smoothly transition to the "Pending approval" status, similar to a new user.
