We’re excited to introduce a new feature that enables all users in your organization to use Uniqkey - even those without a company-issued mobile device.

  • Enable secure login for all employees, including frontline staff or contractors without mobile devices.

  • Control authentication policies via the new “Require mobile authentication” setting in the admin console.

How It Work

Access the Setting

Navigate to: Admin Console > Settings > Security

Configure "Require Mobile Authentication"

  • Enabled: Enforces mobile-based authentication.
  • Disabled: Allows selected users to log in without a mobile device.

Assign to Users or Groups

Define access policies at user or group level for maximum flexibility.

Important

We still recommend mobile-based authentication for high-risk or privileged accounts to ensure maximum protection.
