Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Visibility
This update introduces the display of 2FA status across various login lists within the admin portal.
Admins can now filter logins by 2FA status (On, Off, Not Available) to identify potential security score impacts.
The new 2FA column replaces the existing MFA column, showing: On (green), Off (red), and N/A (gray).
Enhanced Password Strength Calculation
Password strength will now be calculated only if the Password field is populated, ensuring an accurate security score.
Ratings range from 0% to 100%:
-
Very Weak (0-20%),
-
Weak (21-40%),
-
Medium (41-60%),
-
Strong (61-80%),
-
Very Strong (81-100%).
This logic applies across all platforms, including the password generator, extension, mobile, and admin portal, and includes the Master password during onboarding and reset processes.
Improved Error Messaging
We've enhanced error messaging for better user experience. If the backend service is unavailable, the extension will now display an informative "Service unavailable" screen.
If there is no internet connection, users will see a "No connection" screen. These updates ensure clear communication of issues, helping users understand and address connectivity problems effectively.
Collapsible Left Side Menu in Admin Portal
Admins can now collapse the left side menu in the Admin portal to increase workspace. This enhancement allows for a more flexible and efficient use of screen space, improving the overall user experience and productivity.
New Feature for Partner Portal
We're excited to introduce a new feature in our Partner Portal. Customers can now receive assistance with all actions within the Admin Portal without needing to create an admin role for their partner or Uniqkey within their organization.
Approval is required before assistance can be provided, ensuring control and security over access permissions.
This enhancement streamlines support while maintaining organizational security.
