New One-Step Move Feature for Logins, Notes, and Payment Cards in Admin Portal
We’ve streamlined the Admin portal to make managing user information more efficient.
Admins can now move logins, notes, or payment cards in one easy step, rather than removing and reassigning them individually. This new feature helps save time and simplifies your administrative tasks, providing a smoother, more intuitive experience.
Enhanced Login Security Scores: See What Impacts Your Score
We have introduced new features to improve the visibility and accuracy of login security scores for admins.
Hoverable Tooltip for Login Security Scores:
Admins can now hover over the security score in the logins list to see a detailed breakdown of the factors affecting the score:
-
Password Strength: Displays real-time strength (0%-100%) with color-coded indicators
(Red: 0%-40%, Orange: 41%-60%, Green: 61%-100%).
If password strength is 0%, no arrows will be shown. If above 0%, a green arrow and percentage increase are displayed based on the formula used. -
2FA: If 2FA is available for the service but not in use (OFF), 30% is deducted (red, arrow down) from the score. If 2FA is enabled or unavailable for the service, the score remains unaffected.
-
Reused Password: If reused, it deducts 40% (red, arrow down). If not reused, no deduction is applied.
If a password is not provided, the list shows a ‘No score’.
Organizational Security Score:
The Average Security Score widget on the dashboard now calculates the organization's security score based on logins shared with active employees and groups. It is updated with the date and time of the last update, and non-scored logins are excluded.
Login Score in Lists and Details:
-
The login score is now visible in all lists (e.g., logins by employee, group, service) and recalculated dynamically on the login details screen.
-
Login scores are categorized as Low (0-50), Medium (50-75), and High (75-100) with corresponding colors and icons.
If no score data is available, the message “No score” will be displayed in the respective column, with a tooltip description explaining the score calculation method.
These updates offer enhanced transparency and real-time insights into your organization's login security.
