This guide explains how to permanently delete users to maintain accurate and updated employee records.
- To permanently remove Active users from the organization, you must first archive them. Once archived, you can proceed to delete them.
- Staged/Invited users can be directly hard deleted without archiving.
- For deleting SCIM users, refer to the relevant guide.
Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Portal
- Access the Admin Portal.
- Navigate to the ‘Employees’ tab located in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Archive a User
- Go to the Employees tab.
- Choose the user you wish to remove.
- Click the Archive option at the top of the page.
- Confirm the action.
- The employee has been archived.
Step 3: Delete a User
- Choose the archived user.
- Click the Delete option at the top of the page.
- Confirm the action.
- The employee has been deleted.
