How to Delete Users in Admin Portal

This guide explains how to permanently delete users to maintain accurate and updated employee records.

  • To permanently remove Active users from the organization, you must first archive them. Once archived, you can proceed to delete them.
  • Staged/Invited users can be directly hard deleted without archiving.
  • For deleting SCIM users, refer to the relevant guide.

 

Instructions

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Portal

  • Access the Admin Portal.

Step 2: Archive a User

  • Go to the Employees tab.
  • Choose the user you wish to remove.

  • Confirm the action.

  • The employee has been archived.

Step 3: Delete a User

  • Choose the archived user.

  • Confirm the action.
